Manager - Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes. Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements. Coordinate and oversee audits, both internal and external. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and update policies accordingly.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets. Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic planning.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations. Implement strategies to optimize cash management and working capital.

Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure the organization's financial activities align with risk management policies.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Work with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.

Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key account metrics, such as sales performance and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports for management on account status, challenges, and opportunities.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience. Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to client challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

B. Com/ M.Com. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is an added advantage. Proven experience in accounting and financial management roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Work Experience : 5 to 10 years
