Remote Business Development Representative/Manager (Full-Time - 40 Hours per Week) Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Location: Remote (Work From Home) - India Job Period: Permanent Probation Period: 3 months Experience Required: 3 to 8 years Schedule : Monday to Friday, flexible 8 hours per day About Us: Our partnership firm focused on pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing, 3rd Party Manufacturing and Pharma Franchise is seeking proactive Business Development Representatives to support their growth across India. Role Overview: The role involves generating leads, building relationships and closing deals to drive business growth in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is a remote, work-from-home position, allowing flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking and online platforms. Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with prospects to present our services and close deals. Sales Strategy Development: Implement strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to secure long-term business. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) Earning Potential: Earn ₹40,000 - ₹70,000+ per month with commissions and bonuses Commission Structure: Pharma Franchise Deals: 3-5% commission on each deal value. Contract Manufacturing Deals: 2-4% commission on each contract value. Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonuses ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 for acquiring new franchise partners. Additional ₹25,000 bonus for high-value contract closures. Quarterly Incentives: Earn an additional ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 for exceeding quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in business development, pharma sales or related industries background is advantageous but not essential.
