Role: Contractual and Full-time hiring in Tech: Lead technical recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent in alignment with organizational needs.. Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and requirements. Source, screen, and assess candidates for contract roles, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and diverse talent pools. Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate proficiency and potential. 2.Build TA Dashboard and Reports: Design and maintain talent acquisition dashboards to track key recruitment metrics and KPIs. Generate regular reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment performance. Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic workforce planning. Skills: 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment from product tech companies. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; Good to have project management skills, with the ability to manage communications throughout multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
