Job Title: Administration ManagerLocation: Vijayawada, Andhra PradeshDepartment: AdministrationCampus: Central OfficeReports to: ChairmanEmployment Type: Full-time.About the Role: Nalanda Educational Institutions is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Manager to lead the campus support staff and ensure the efficient operation of our school campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facilities, marketing, purchasing, events, stores, inventory, ground maintenance, electrical systems, and transportation services to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional services.Key Responsibilities:Campus Maintenance: Monitor and maintain buildings, grounds, canteen, lunch area, site security, health and safety, housekeeping, and transport.Equipment Management: Ensure all campus equipment (labs, sports facilities, etc.) are fit for purpose and meet the changing requirements of the school.Reporting: Prepare and present reports to the Senior Leadership team on all assigned duties.Budgeting: Collaborate with other managers to prepare yearly forecast budgets as per the requirements raised by the Head of School.Strategic Planning: Support the School Principal and Chairman in creating the School’s strategic development plan.Housekeeping & Security Responsibilities:Manage housekeeping, security, and gardening staff, including preparation/verification of rosters.Update maintenance reports on time for record and audit purposes.Negotiate contractual terms with third-party manpower-providing companies.Train third-party housekeeping and security staff weekly on personality development and greeting gestures.Vendor & Inventory Management:Conduct daily stock reviews and verification;

monitor office supply levels.Prepare/verify weekly indents and send them to the Finance Manager.Identify new vendors, build business relations, and initiate emergency orders.Evaluate deliveries, purchase orders, and product levels to improve inventory control.Maintain purchase activity records and process all indents after verification.Facility Management:Inspect and maintain building systems (electrical, heating, ventilation, etc.).Ensure all classrooms and laboratories are adequately equipped.Oversee the upkeep of playing fields, gardens, and other sports facilities.Coordinate with the school principal in executing in-house school events.Transport Management:Oversee transportation functions, ensuring they meet school standards.Plan, organize, and control the use of school transport.Select and manage outside contractors for bus repairs.Verify and approve transport invoices and manage complaints.Plan and manage bus routes and vehicle spare parts inventory.Train transport staff weekly on personality development and greeting gestures.Requirements:Proven experience as an Administration Manager.Experience as an educator is a plus.Knowledge of administrative processes in schools/colleges.Proficient in MS Office and education management systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.Good judgment and decision-making skills.Degree in Education or similar field;
