Addressing to existing parents queries and assisting in timely closure of the issue raised by them. Address and resolve academic grievances raised by parents to ensure high customer satisfaction. Co-ordinate with internal teams to appraise parents on student’s academic progress whenever needed.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Education sector Prior experience in admission counselling for Schools will be an added advantage
