An admission administrative executive's responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the admissions process:
    Assisting with the student management database, reviewing applications, and processing paperwork for accepted students
  • Liaising with others:
    Working with academic staff, students, schools, and applicants
  • Participating in recruitment:
    Overseeing promotional events and campus tours
  • Making recommendations:
    Reviewing procedures and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing information:
    Answering questions about the admission process and referring students to the financial department or program coordinator
  • Maintaining records:
    Keeping student information up to date and accurate
  • Supporting other functions:
    Assisting with other dept functions as needed
