Designation – Manager Responsibilities: Strategize the growth and engagement of customers/leads by a combination of affiliates and strategic partnerships Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and high-quality acquisitions Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on an affiliate program's performance and opportunities for growth Be aware of and continuously track any fraudulent activities happening in installations on the platform. Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience working as an affiliate manager B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech./MBA Graduate from premier institutes
Skill Requirement: A process-oriented individual with 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in scaling affiliates, particularly in apps Customer-first thinking, interest in deriving customer insight from data patterns Knowledge of digital marketing channels is a plus Strong knowledge of conversion funnels and optimization strategies Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
