Company DescriptionJob DescriptionJob PurposeThis position is responsible for providing consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas and circulatory areas that meets the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and presentation. Primary Responsibilities OperationConduct daily briefings with staff at floor level. Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her teamEnsure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures setSupervise public areasReplenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended toAttend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel roomsMaintain equipment in proper state of cleanlinessMaintain a section floor reportConduct regular room checklistsReport unusual behavior/activities on floors to Executive HousekeeperRecord room status in allocated section accuratelyAssist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performanceOther ResponsibilitiesBe well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by managementMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the ManagementEstablish and maintain effective employee working relationshipsMain Complexity/Critical issues in the JobRespond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests.Qualifications03 years Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.02-03 years of work experience and prior relevant experience.Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.Excellent organizational skills and time management.
