Job Description ALTERNATE TITLES Housekeeper DEPARTMENT  Admin COMPANY  Finch Living REPORT TO Admin We are looking to hire a housekeeper to join our cleaning team. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash and notifying maintenance of any issues. ABOUT COMPANY Founded in 2023, by Tarang Sanghi, Finch Living is a vibrant co-living space that provides a fully furnished, community-oriented environment for individuals seeking an enhanced living experience, based in Jaipur. Our innovative approach blends the concept of shared living with modern amenities and services, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere for our residents. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and sanitize common area and guest rooms Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. Notifying managers of necessary repairs. Collecting and disposing of trash. Assisting guests when necessary. Requirements Assisting guests when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS One to two years of housekeeping experience Understands oral and written instructions Learns and practices cleaning techniques and procedures Prioritizes work Work well unsupervised. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests Team worker Bonus - Knowledge of R1, R2, R3 chemicals etc, dilution, housekeeping checklists. Salary - 10k - 15k Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or co-living sector, is preferred. Min 1 year experience. Computer proficiency - Familiarity with Online research (vendor, quotations), data entry (excel), invoicing(POS), Billing software. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse residents, guests, and team members positively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures such as managing mail, maintaining records, and using office equipment. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends to accommodate the needs of the co-living community. Strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in addressing resident inquiries or concerns.
