● As part of the Fugistics Strategy & Service profiling team, the Analytics Manager would focus primarily on developing plans, new models, deriving insights & discovering underlying trends from data that underpin sound business decisions & drive efficiency.

● Responsibilities include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other decision makers/managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions.

● The role calls for a strong understanding of key performance indicators of e-commerce Operations (Fulfillment & Logistics) as well as plenty of experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.

● Analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.

● Identifying the problem and structuring it to deliver the desired outcomes independently.

● Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.

● Making and preparing thoughtful and insightful dashboards which are interactive and contribute to the decision making.

● Work cohesively with several project owners, business analysts and developers to deliver the analysis framework that enables delivery of insights into efficiency & scale improvements.

● Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities;
build solutions to have

maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.

● Mane and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication outputs.

● Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement.


What you’ll need?


● Minimum 4+ years of work experience as a Planning Manager/Analytics Manager/ Analytics Lead.

● Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.

● Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root cause, and propose solutions.

● Experience working with senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders.

● Strong communication/interpersonal skills with good fluency in English.

● An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with an avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges and generate new ideas.

● Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information technology, MIS or related field.

● Exposure to standard statistical methods like forecasting, regression, clustering techniques, classification techniques.

● Exemplary problem solving and analytical skills.

● Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.

● Strong sense of ownership of work with resourcefulness, self Starters are highly preferred.

● Deep expertise in Planning, Analytics, especially hands on with SQL, Big query, and other analytical tools.

● Hands-on experience on Data Visualization Tools especially Google Data Studio & Power BI.

● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge will be a value add for this role.

● Knowledge of Programming Languages - R/Python (Preferred but not mandatory).
