Cadence Management is hiring for one of its member companies, Secure Pay (A Subsidiary of Direct2Pay). Secure Pay is founded by two young entrepreneurs is a dynamic payment aggregator, providing businesses with secure and seamless payment solutions. They simplify financial transactions through cutting-edge technology, enabling faster and safer payments. As a subsidiary of Direct2Pay, they are committed to driving business growth with innovative services. Their platform integrates multiple payment options to enhance customer experiences. They aim to empower businesses with efficient and reliable payment processes at Secure Pay.

Secure Pay is seeking an experienced API Integration Specialist to work closely with their IT team and support their onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating APIs and ensuring smooth onboarding for clients and partners.

Job Description

The API Integration Specialist will work as a crucial link between the development and operational teams, focusing on the integration of Secure Pay’s payment systems with external platforms. The role involves managing API implementations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the onboarding of new clients. Experience in payment systems or similar industries is highly valued.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage API integrations between Secure Pay’s systems and client platforms.

- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration for new clients.

- Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide necessary support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues in a timely manner.

- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all API integrations.

- Maintain and update API documentation for internal teams and external clients.

- Coordinate with developers to implement necessary updates and improvements to the APIs.

- Provide technical training to clients during the onboarding process as needed.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.

- Experience with API management tools and platforms.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.G., Python, JavaScript).

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and debugging.

- Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and internal teams.

- Problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve integration issues.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
