Position Overview:

Akaike AI is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of sales experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the AI industry.

Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct research to identify potential customers, using various tools and strategies to generate qualified leads. Outbound Outreach:

Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce Akaike AI’s products and services. Qualification:

Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and determine their fit for Akaike AI’s solutions. Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system. Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, share market insights, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with Akaike AI’s product and services offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. Follow-up:

Diligently follow up with prospects to build relationships and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications: Experience:

2+ years of experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or business development role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and team members. Motivation:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets. Organization:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), sales engagement tools, and other technology platforms to enhance productivity. Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
