Job Description:

1.Managing a team of Executives/Officers/Sr. Officers (Front line sales)

  1. Increase penetration & support BAL in growing market share through frontline sales team
  2. To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
  3. Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
  4. Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
  5. Acquiring more customers through ADC/Rural channel
  6. Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing
  7. Managing the team of executives w.r.t. compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing DCC portfolio
  8. FEMI/NS collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC/NDCC)
  9. Resolution of customer complaints
  10. Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
  11. Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & HO for final approval
  12. Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team
  13. Maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team
  14. Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
  15. Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalate the issues to them
