Role & Responsibility:

Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the Gold Loan Business for the assigned Region. Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the channel. Responsible for building capabilities to sell multiple products per customer. Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed and Budgeted Numbers are achieved. Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase penetration and Building a positive Book. Responsible to develop distribution network for the Region and drive sales. Increase penetration in retail market thereby increase in market share. Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for the Team, monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the Team. Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across location

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation with 8 to 10 years relevant experience. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. . Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment .People & Relationship Management skills. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance
