10+ years of experience in AI-ML/Gen AI (Data Science), with a focus on generative models, including but not limited to GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and Transformers.
Proven track record of leading AI research and development projects, especially in applying generative AI in industry-specific contexts.
Experience in managing teams, including AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers, is essential.
Experience in product development cycles from research to production in AI-driven environments.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI domains.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and scaling AI models.
Familiarity with data engineering, big data tools (Hadoop, Spark), and database management systems.
Knowledge of AI ethics, explain ability, and responsible AI practices.
Lead the development and implementation of complex AI-ML/Gen AI pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on optimizing the machine learning lifecycle.
Architect and implement scalable solutions on cloud platforms for deploying and managing machine learning models.
