Purpose of the Role:

Your main duties will include the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of agriculture-based livelihood activities in the specified area.

Key Deliverables:

• Coordinating with farmers and providing them with training on Agriculture practices to ensure good agricultural practices are being followed. • Promoting Dry land cultivation and paddy cultivation with all the farmers. • Imparting training to the farmers on improved package of practices. • Cultivation and value chain positioning of lemon grass, spices, ground nut and pulses. • Vegetable cultivation through good agricultural practices. • Formation of farmers group and mobilizing all the groups into Farmer Producer Organization. • Collaborate with govt. departments in the districts and blocks. • Introducing climate resilient agriculture project. • Preparing DPR, project proposals, maintaining MIS. • Preparing Project for landless families.

Work experience in years:

0-3 years of field experience in Agriculture and Allied-agriculture activities.

Minimum Qualification:

B.Sc. in Agriculture or equivalent. Those with Master's Degree in Agriculture or equivalent will be preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
