HR Operations & Compliance: Conduct regular store visits and HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Oversee attendance management and maintain employee records accurately. Manage compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, and updates to Aadhar and PAN information. Address and resolve government notices in a timely manner.
Employee Engagement & Development: Implement and manage rewards and recognition programs to boost employee morale. Facilitate employee development initiatives, including training and upskilling programs.
Store & Workforce Management: Support store management in hiring and maintaining staffing levels. Ensure proper implementation and functionality of HRMS and biometric systems at all store locations. Manage personal files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
Labor Cost Control: Monitor and control labor costs in line with budgetary constraints.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the retail or food service industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS and other HR-related software is an advantage.
