AB InBev India is looking to hire a People Partner for its People function based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role:-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join our team. As a People Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with the Corporate functional leaders to drive the people agenda & key priorities for the functions, deliver business results, and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Along with that also spearhead the talent acquisition process, collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to identify and acquire top-tier talent for our organization.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:-

Partner with the Corporate Functional leaders to drive the people agenda to deliver business results Recruiting and managing talent: define the strategy to recruit the right talent based on business priorities and participate in various recruitment activities to make it happen! Ensure internal talents receive the right development opportunities, career opportunities and experiences. Operational excellence: be aware, evaluate, and share the impact of the changing national legislation on HR processes and practices. Receive and resolve grievances and disciplinary issues Leads key corporate people projects

Qualifications:-

MBA in Human Resources from Tier 1/2 institute 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in people business partnering Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations High energy, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A solution-oriented, focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks The ability to prioritize and organize. Fast-mover, quick to adapt The ability to work with a multi-disciplined team
