Job Description :

  • Providing Technical demonstration and playing an active role in sales across all business verticals of DIYA.
  • Plan and execute all the scheduled product demos and orientation visits directly or through partners.
  • Ensure support to partner relationship and support partners in Techno Demo sales.
  • Ensure that the robotics kits given for demo are safe and well-maintained.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying referrals and other qualified leads by providing sales and marketing information, and follow up information as required.
  • You will ensure regular institutional visit to maintain relationship with Principals and Teachers.
  • Quality assurance check on DIYA Deliverables to school.
  • Share weekly MIS and daily work done reports.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize presentation performance and kit demo effectiveness based on the insights.
  • Techno-Commercial Negotiations if required.
  • Getting trained and understanding the key aspects/USPs of the product to communicate to potential customers effectively.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and suggest suitable pricing feasible for the potential customer based on their requirements.
  • Conduct short-term technical workshops in robotics and AI for the teachers, for which training would be provided by the company.
  • Clarify the doubts of key decision makers and conduct the year-end expo.
  • Take up consistent learning and upgrade trends in tech.
  • The role will include travel to different cities if required based on the requirements of events.
  • Provide technical training to the school teachers if required and monitor the performance of the school teachers or DIYA Mentors if appointed.
  • Supporting the sales team in institution onboarding formalities.
  • In rare cases, take end-to-end ownership of the customer onboarding.
  • Ensure success of the year-end expo at the schools


Requirements:


  • Previous experience as an Engineer/ Robotics Mentor or similar role.
  • Positive attitude, very good interpersonal and communication/ presentation skills.
  • Open to travel daily to multiple potential and existing customers.
  • Proficiency in the basics of robotics and coding.
  • Minimum commitment of 1 year
