Assistant Manager - Loyalty Programs

We are seeking a professional to manage loyalty and membership programs in our organization. This role is crucial in enhancing member engagement, driving loyalty initiatives, and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective program management.


Key Activities

  • Collaborate with CRM & Loyalty Head to develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty and subscription program strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve the loyalty and subscription program. Bring external perspective and track competition on the regular basis.
  • Drive initiatives to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with brand manager to create compelling promotional offers and loyalty initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess program performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for program enhancements.
  • Monitor members’ behaviour and preferences to tailor loyalty offerings effectively.
  • Manage the loyalty program budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting on program performance and financial impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding loyalty program initiatives.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of loyalty initiatives and promotions.


Key Requirements

  • Graduate with 4 to 7 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in hospitality or or lifestyle industry.
  • Experience of working on Salesforce - Sales and Marketing module.
  • Familiarity with customer insights and market research relevant to luxury consumers.
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships that enhance loyalty offerings.
  • Experience with analytics tools and methodologies to evaluate loyalty program effectiveness.
