Job Profile

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. • Lead intake discussions to ensure we identify the right candidates to fill requisitions quickly. Create talent pipelines for key roles in advance of an active requisition as needed. • Develop positive relationships with hiring managers, external partners/recruiters, and candidates. • Creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant media platforms. • Creating TA Dashboards & analytics for smooth decision making. • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, offers negotiations & initiating onboarding formalities. • Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for different business functions. • Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to joining.

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment or similar HR role with 2-3 years of experience in a law firm, is preferred. • Bachelor's degree or MA in human resources or similar field. • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting. • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
