Description: It is a hands-on Independent Contributor role wherein the Recruiter is expected to work on Canada based IT positions. Required Skills: Minimum 2-10 years of experience with Canada IT Recruitment. Manage & fulfil end to end Canada based IT requirements for Full-time and contract hiring. Experience in Bulk-hiring in the Canada market. Extensive experience in sourcing using Job Portals and social media (, Twitter, GitHub, etc.) Extremely good at stakeholder management. Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual. Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills. Good at reactive & proactive recruitment. Track-record of Quality over Quantity. Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates. Experience in building good pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translate these referrals into “hiring numbers”. Experience working with ATS. Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates. Passionate about recruitment and willing to go for extra mile to close the positions. Individual who loves candidate engagement to the core and ensures smooth onboarding experience for each hire. Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc. Preferred Skills: Experience working with any of the job boards Dice/Monster/Indeed and any ATS. Knowledgeable about T4/Work Permit/PR – Canada Experience with Bilingual (French/English) candidate sourcing will be a huge plus.
