Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Specialist at AccelPro in Noida, with flexibility for remote work. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, Error Troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve interacting with customers to analyze and resolve technical issues along with Pre-Sales capabilities. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of Ubutu Linux System, CLI knowledge. Hands on leading Firewall, UTM Products for NAT, Port Forward etc. Strong Zeal to learn, understand & implement new Technologies. Analytical Skills and Customer Support Experience. Ability to ensure customer satisfaction. Eagerness & Willingness to resolve Customer Issues in short time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in working with networking and security technologies. Knowledge of Zero Trust Security principles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
