Manger Product Marketing</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports to: </strong></p><p>SBU Head Business Development</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p><p>A product marketing manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products. This individual will have a keen understanding of the products target audience, and in-depth knowledge of relevant product features.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Product marketing managers liaise between the product and audiences, including sales, marketing, customers, and prospects. Their tasks include the following:</p><p>Foundational marketing and campaign management experience</p><p>Project management skills</p><p>Strong organizational and communication skills</p><p>The ability to analyze relevant information and make informed decisions.</p><p>The ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects</p><p>Researching the market to learn the competitive environment.</p><p>Working with the marketing team to create materials that highlight product features and benefits.</p><p>Developing the go-to-market strategy / Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns</p><p>Working with product management to define goals and metrics for the product launch.</p><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Deep understanding of market trends and product life cycles</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibility:</strong></p><p>Another major responsibility of a product marketing manager is to conduct extensive market research to:</p><p>Understand the pain points of the target audience or identify gaps in the market.</p><p>Validate the need for a product idea on behalf of the key stakeholders.</p><p>Come up with unique product features and create a positive customer experience.</p><p>Create resources for the sales team to help convert SQLs.</p><p>Ensure that the market demands align with the expectations of the stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) Plan for the Product:</u></strong></p><p>Its different from a traditional marketing strategy in the sense that its more focused on the short run, rather than the long run. A marketing strategy is focused on communicating the value proposition over a defined period, whereas the focus of a GTM plan is new product launches.</p><p>The PMM is responsible for creating and executing a solid GTM plan for a new product.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Specify the Value Proposition, Positioning, and Messaging</u></strong></p><p>Based on the initial research, the product marketing manager first specifies the exact value proposition of the new product. This could be a feature, a benefit, or any other intrinsic value that makes the product attractive in the eyes of the target audience.</p><p>Based on the positioning, values, and other key factors works on developing the messaging. Its basically a list of key messages that a brand wants to use to communicate with the target audience to capture its interest.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Create and Execute a Practical Marketing Strategy</u></strong></p><p>Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning.</p><p>Formulate strategies to exploit competitors weaknesses and counter their strengths.</p><p>Building and managing a brand for the product</p><p>Looking after individual marketing initiatives (content, SEO, paid ads, special events, lead generation initiatives, etc.)</p><p>Aligning with the sales team and providing training and resources to personnel</p><p>Specifying metrics that align with the strategic goals.</p><p>Coming up with a distribution strategy and executing it.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Maintain Consistent Communication with Stakeholders</u></strong></p><p>product marketing manager is also expected to maintain strong communication with all of the key stakeholders:</p><p>Report to the Team on the progress of marketing initiatives</p><p>Acting as a voice for the target customers to ensure a great product.</p><p>Ensure smooth collaboration between the different team members.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Find Out New Product Opportunities</u></strong></p><p><strong>Skill</strong></p><p>Major skill is to haveupdated Trend Digital skill</p><p>Communication</p><p>SharePoint</p><p>Editing</p><p>Microsoft Office</p><p>Adobe Acrobat</p><p>PowerPoint</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Digital MARKETING : <u>Website Messaging / Digital Marketing:</u></strong></p><p>Refine and optimize product messaging on web pages to ensure clarity, engagement, and conversion.</p><p>Implement A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and gather feedback to continually enhance the messaging for effectiveness and resonance with the target audience.</p><p>Work on strategies to increase page engagement, ensuring content relevancy, visual appeal, and intuitive navigation to keep the audience engaged and drive conversions.</p><p>Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling, informative, and engaging content.</p><p>Develop and optimize call-to-actions and user journeys to increase demo trial sign-ups.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>3-5+ Years Experience in Marketing</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Educational Qualifications </strong></p><p>Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field</p><p>Ability to multi-task</p><p>Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills</p><p>Market Research and Product Management skills</p><p>Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise-grade SaaS products</p><p>Experience in Sales and Product Marketing</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Ability to lead and mentor a team</p><p><br></p><p><strong>HQ &REPORTING</strong></p><p>Head Quarter will be at Gujarat (Baroda)</p><p>Reporting : Head BD</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who we are: </strong></p><p>Purpose-driven organization and has gone past just offering irrigation solutions.
