The main responsibilities of the Professor Associate Professorinclude the following: The candidate will be expected to substantially contribute to the teaching, research, consulting and pedagogy development of the subject specialization area Publishing in top tier (A and B level) peer-reviewed journals The candidate should be able to integrate curriculum with industry needs and deliver content with innovative pedagogies in class. Engaging and participating in ASU strategic initiatives and other activities.
The Successful applicant :
First class Masters degree from a recognized university in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDM equivalent to MBA in the above disciplines. Is an eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline. Has published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of ten research publications in the scopus/peer-reviewed Journals A minimum of ten years of teaching experience and / or research experience at equivalent level at the University/ NationaI Level Management Institutes of which at least 5 should be at the level of Assistant Professor . Proven ability and/or successful experience in pedagogical innovations, such as in blended learning and/or e-learning will be appreciated.
