Information Security Engineer

Role: Information Security Associate Experience required: 7+ years Rounds of Interview: 1-2 Skills: Security Policy Development, Threat Intelligence, Triage and root cause analysis, Threat Hunting, Incident handling, DLP Policy Configuration, GDPR Compliance, ISO 27001, Scenario Testing, Network Architecture, DLP Project Execution Cybersecurity Certifications (Preferred): CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) Job Requirements: Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis: • Conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders. • Review existing data protection policies and procedures. • Identify sensitive data and assess current data flow. • Perform a gap analysis to identify areas needing improvement. • Deliverable: Risk Assessment and Gap Analysis Report. Design and Implementation of DLP Controls: • Define DLP requirements and objectives. • Develop DLP policies for data at rest, in transit, and in use. • Implement and configure DLP solutions. • Conduct initial testing to ensure proper functionality. • Deliverable: DLP Policies and Implementation Plan. Testing and Validation: • Develop test plans and scenarios to validate DLP controls. • Conduct thorough testing to identify and address issues. • Document test results and adjust DLP configurations as needed. • Deliverable: DLP Testing and Validation Report. Training and Documentation: • Create training materials for end-users and IT staff. • Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding and compliance. • Develop comprehensive documentation for DLP policies, procedures, and configurations. • Deliverable: Training Materials and DLP Documentation. Ongoing Support: • Provide support for the initial post-implementation period. • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving DLP-related issues. • Offer guidance on DLP policy adjustments and enhancements. • Deliverable: Post-Implementation Support Plan.
