Job Description: In this role, you will perform production systems integration within a cutting-edge Linux based virtualization stack, streamline and secure our applications, storage, and physical servers, and install, troubleshoot, configure, and repair company hardware. Typical Duties and Responsibilities (Implementation) Manage the software, hardware, and systems on a Linux server Design, build, and maintain core services and infrastructure Install and monitor Linux operating systems Implement security measures and identify potential issues Update security settings in OS Automate vulnerability and security patching Participate in programming, scripting, and process automation Design and manage backup and recovery PRE – SALES ( Should be willing to learn – Training shall be provided – OJT, VIDEOS etc..) As a technical presales engineer, Your duties include working with sales teams, and conducting presentations to promote a new product or Solutions to customers at the beginning of the sales cycle. Prepare BoQ. Presenting solutions to the customers, Doing competitive analysis. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of hands-on Linux Systems Administration experience Experience installing and configuring mail services, firewalls, and networks in Linux system. Experience with information security frameworks such as device encryption, digital certificates, and anti-virus tooling Experience using observability tools and stack traces Experience with Windows OS installation and cloning Experience with log analysis, monitoring, and alerting systems Knowledge of TCP/IP addressing, routing, and troubleshooting Knowledge of active directory principles such as group policy object creation, AD OUs, and domain authentication Familiarity with fundamental concepts including DNS, VPN, and PKI Familiarity with cloud provisioning Knowledge of modern configuration management tooling Knowledge of gateways, firewalls, and routers Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills and willing to work on ODD Hours at Customer’s site /Remote.
