Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote commercial real estate properties. ● Identify client needs and offer relevant property solutions. ● Maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups. ● Provide accurate property information and answer inquiries. ● Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets. ● Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities. candidate should be able to maintain a detailed record of the database

Key Skills: ● Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Ability to understand and explain real estate concepts. ● Target-driven with excellent persuasive skills. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Office. ● Knowledge of commercial real estate trends is a plus.

Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. ● Previous experience in real estate sales or telemarketing is preferred. ● Fresher/experience in telemarketing or sales calling is a plus.
