This is a full-time entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone to provide information about our financial services, assist with loan applications, and ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) Customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships and understanding customer needs Ability to handle objections and provide relevant solutions to customers Active listening skills to accurately understand and address customer inquiries Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple calls and tasks Empathy to understand and relate to the customer's situation and provide reassurance Problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to Capinex Moneymark's financial services Assist customers with the loan application process and provide necessary information Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or concerns Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support if needed Meet or exceed established targets and performance metrics Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
