Job Description

Develop and execute a strategic vision for RCM operations that aligns with the company's overall objectives. Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Oversee end-to-end healthcare operations, optimizing workflows and improving overall performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards, staying abreast of changes and proactively implementing necessary adjustments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery capabilities. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and expectations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client satisfaction. Provide strong leadership to the operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Develop and mentor a high-performing team, promoting professional growth and succession planning. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive operational excellence. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, process optimizations, and technology enhancements. Identify opportunities for innovation and automation to enhance operational efficiency. Manage day-to-day operations and ensure that deliverables are being met (including quality parameters) Lead cross-functional strategic planning activities to plan budgets, expansion plans and operational plans (service design, operations costs, hiring, etc.). Identifying process gaps and initiate discussions with client and should be able to effectively articulate the benefits. Managing Monthly Invoices and P&L. Overall production planning and monitoring and Day to day management of client deliverables and escalation

Candidate Profile

Minimum 15+ years of operations experience in RCM Industry in both Physician and Hospital Billing is mandatory Minimum 2 Years as Sr. manager RCM is mandatory Should have excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel & PPT) Coach & mentor teams, share knowledge & best practices. Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills, ability to cultivate & maintain relationships. Should be good in PowerPoint presentations, Excel with a knack of working on data analysis, crunching and data-oriented skillset. Successful track record in growing and inspiring large teams, with proven ability to select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop leaders and team members. Successful track record of improving performance against quality, efficiency, and effectiveness metrics, and meeting/exceeding contractual service level performance requirements.
