Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Associate for People & Leadership Development

who will take ownership of learning and development initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating impactful learning experiences, driving employee engagement, and fostering leadership growth. This position requires a strong focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to elevate individual and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development Ownership Lead the design and execution of comprehensive learning programs, ensuring alignment with both individual and organizational goals. Drive the development and implementation of an annual Training & Development Calendar, focused on skill-building and leadership excellence. Identify training needs and competency gaps, creating personalized development plans in collaboration with business leaders. Develop, curate, and maintain a library of self-paced learning resources, empowering employees to take charge of their professional growth. Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with the company’s performance expectations and culture. Employee Engagement & Development Spearhead employee engagement initiatives by developing and implementing an engagement calendar, benchmarking with industry standards. Utilize ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) to measure engagement and develop action plans for improvement, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction. Advocate for and integrate soft skills and behavioral training to complement technical development, promoting a holistic approach to employee growth. Conduct 360-degree feedback sessions for managerial and senior-level employees, driving performance improvement and leadership development. Data-Driven Performance & Coaching Measure and analyze the quality and effectiveness of training programs using the Kirkpatrick model, assessing feedback, completion ratios, and performance improvements. Lead performance review discussions, providing continuous coaching and mentoring to employees and leadership teams. Implement and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and enhance employee development across the organization. Drive succession planning and high-potential (HIPO) programs, ensuring the organization is equipped with future-ready leaders. Collaboration & Innovation Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance improvement strategies. Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design segment-specific training sessions, addressing both technical and behavioral competencies. Lead team-building exercises and workshops, promoting collaboration and improved interdepartmental relationships.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in learning and development, talent management, or performance management, with a proven ability to take ownership of key initiatives and drive results.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to align learning initiatives with broader organizational objectives and business needs. Coaching & Mentoring : Proven experience in providing coaching and mentoring at all levels, with a focus on leadership and behavioral development. Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across departments to build strong relationships and foster teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits:
