Job Description

Manage training for the aligned F & A account including new hire training, BAU interventions, for a span of 100-200 FTEs

  • Manage clients and internal stakeholders
  • Create and maintain detailed training SOP, MIS, training related documents and review slides
  • Design, Develop and Deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis
  • Do KT planning for transition activities; Transition KT experience would be preferred
  • Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations
  • Conduct F&A domain trainings (p2p/o2c/r2r) and need based refreshers
  • Look after training governance for various accounts and ensure audit readiness (ISO, etc.)
  • To ensure that all the trainings are conducted as per the plan
  • To provide relevant data as and when necessary, present progress around BAU activities, training metrics, transition support updates, projects/initiatives, etc.
  • To create and update training content as per requirements
  • Individual Contributor role

    Mandatory:- Graduation (any)- Minimum 7-9 years of work experience in FnA, with good domain knowledge

    Should be ok with rotational shifts.
