Area Sales Manager

We are hiring for an experienced Area Sales Manager with a proven track record of continuous sales growth and a solid background in channel sales and developing distribution sales networks. The right candidate for this role must have a minimum of 5+ years to 15 years of relevant experience. Candidates applying for this role to have good knowledge of Inverter Batteries, solar solutions, e-Rickshaw batteries and SMF markets.The person will also be responsible for developing a channel sales network with new distributors for the Eastman product range in a pre-defined designated area or zone.The position to be based in Jharkhand, IndiaJob Role & Responsibilities:The primary responsibility achieve continuous sales growth in the pre-defined area and achieve primary & secondary sales targetsas per the AOP.Effectively manage and guide the sales team and contribute to the overall team’s performance. Develop a channel sales network for Inverter Batteries, e-rickshaw batteries, and SMF within the pre-defined area or zone.Selling products like Inverter Batteries, e-rickshaw batteries, and SMF within the area of work. Prepare sales plan for the area and acquire new dealers for Inverter, SMF, Solar, and E-rickshaw batteries in the region. Prepare a business plan, sales forecast, and marketing activity plan for the regionBe a contributor and execute & effectively implement the business and marketing plan in the region.
