We seek a dynamic and results-oriented professional with expertise in Group Affinity Sales in the insurance sector and a proven track record of converting affinity sales in the insurance industry.WHAT YOU WILL DO:● Drives sales/Partnerships with affinity groups, such as Fintechs, Banks, Lending Groups, etc. by:○ Building the sales funnel of affinity groups○ Pitching organisation’s value proposition to the groups○ Closing deals with affinity groups and ensuring that they go live● Execute a targeted sales strategy for affinity groups, focusing on health and life insurance products● Follow a structured sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.● Devote approximately 70% of working hours to on-the-road activities, including meetings withaffinity groups● Managing Sales Pipeline KPIs○ Business development to sales conversion○ Account-based targets○ Overall business line targets● Coordinate with teams internally to go live with affinity groupsREQUIREMENTS:● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in affinity sales in the insurance industry● Experience in Affinity business - Across Sales & Distribution, Strategic Alliances● Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets● Strong communication and interpersonal skills● Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
