We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer proficient in Node.Js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend development and expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using Node.Js. As a Backend Developer, you will collaborate with our frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement robust backend solutions that power our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.Js.
  2. Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code for backend components.
  3. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  4. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  5. Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure code quality and reliability.
  6. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven 3+years of experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Node.Js development.
  2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.Js frameworks (e.G., Express.Js, Nest.Js).
  3. Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  4. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.G., React, Angular).
  5. Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  6. Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  7. Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  2. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Experience with GraphQL.
  5. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
