Job Title: BUMS/BAMS/BHMS Doctor

Job Description : We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) doctors to join our healthcare team. As a BUMS/BAMS/BHMS Doctor, you will be responsible for providing holistic medical care to patients using traditional, alternative, and complementary medicine practices. You will diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and administer therapies to promote health and well-being.

Responsibilities :

  1. Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments of patients.

  2. Utilize traditional diagnostic methods, including pulse diagnosis, tongue examination, and other relevant techniques.

  3. Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions using Unani, Ayurvedic, or Homeopathic principles.

  4. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of patients.

  5. Prescribe herbal remedies, dietary supplements, lifestyle modifications, and other alternative therapies as appropriate.

  6. Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  7. Provide counseling and education to patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including conventional medical doctors, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.

  9. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

  10. Stay abreast of advancements in traditional and alternative medicine through continuous education and professional development.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), or Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized institution.

  2. Valid license or registration to practice as a BUMS/BAMS/BHMS doctor in the jurisdiction of employment.

  3. Strong knowledge of traditional medical principles, diagnostic methods, and treatment modalities.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.

  6. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse healthcare environment.

  7. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.

  8. Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based medical care.

  9. Willingness to collaborate with conventional medical professionals and integrate traditional and alternative therapies as appropriate.

  10. Adherence to ethical and legal standards of medical practice.
