Job Description We are Hiring Factory Manager for leading Textile Industry!! 1. Production Management: Oversee the production process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to meet production targets and deadlines. 2. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, implementing quality control measures, and conducting regular audits to maintain high-quality products. 3. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors, operators, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. 4. Efficiency and Productivity: Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources. 5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols, and complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. 7. Maintenance and Equipment: Manage maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, and coordinate repairs and replacements as needed. 8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 9. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality, implementing lean manufacturing principles and best practices. 10. Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Requirements Experience: 10+ years Industry: Textile/Apparel/Garments Requirements Graduate male. 6+ years experience in Recruitment and Generalist HR functions Preferred experience from home textile industry. Proficient in Team Handling
