Brand Director

Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute.

Position Objective:

The Brand Manager is responsible for acquiring targeted clients and converting leads into sales. This role involves effectively communicating the brand's story, philosophy, values, and creativity to expand Trunks Company's global community.

About the Position:

The Brand Manager must have a deep understanding of luxury brands and the ability to professionally manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients. The candidate should think big, develop innovative strategic solutions, and successfully translate the brand's strategy into impactful marketing collateral and campaigns.


Key Job Skills :

  1. Proven experience in acquiring UHNI/HNI clients and generating sales within the luxury, art, or design industry .
  2. In-depth knowledge of brand principles , its journey, products, and services.
  3. Expertise in brand positioning , differentiation, and conducting competitive analysis .
  4. Strong analytical skills to understand client lifestyles and requirements, with a proven track record of convincing and converting clients to close deals.
  5. Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building , and collaborations.
  6. Experience in planning and executing high-end events and private previews.
  7. Basic understanding of drawings and layout is preferred.

Brand Strategies & Client Relationships:

  1. Planning & execution of branding strategies to acquire clients and achieve annual sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain exceptional relationships with UHNI/HNI clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the brand.
  3. Engage UHNI/HNI clients through in-person meetings, vendor presentations, and virtual tours/discussions for sales growth.
  4. Create a seamless client journey from beginning to end and beyond. Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.


Brand Narratives, Content & Collaterals (Offline & Online):

  1. Develop comprehensive branding activities that strengthen the brand's positioning and brand community globally.
  2. Conceptualize and create compelling brand narratives, client collaterals, visuals, graphics, marketing, and PR campaigns in coordination with respective teams.
  3. Ensure brand content consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, print, and digital platforms.


Event Management:

  1. Coordinate in planning and executing exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours, and Art & Design exhibitions.


Market Trends and Competitive Analysis:

  1. Stay informed about market trends, client behavior, and competitor activity in the luxury sector.
  2. Analyze data, align strategic decisions, and identify opportunities for growth and brand expansion globally.


Team Management and Training:

  1. Lead, train, and motivate teams working on branding projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  2. Regularly meet with the Brand Director, Director of Sales (US), and Founder to review existing and new business opportunities in conjunction with quarterly/annual sales targets.
