About the Hiring Function

The Times of India (TOI) Brand team is the key driver of the business, helping conceptualize, monitor, and manage the business road map for the publication (TOI). The team manages a portfolio of products and maintains brand integrity across all branding initiatives and communications. It focusses on maximizing revenue, building strong Brand affinity, and creating profitable growth.


About the Role

Brand specialist will be part of the TOI Brand team and will provide administrative and other support activities for the department. Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end process management, ensuring seamless execution, 100% error-free delivery, and meeting performance metrics.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the entire invoice processing cycle for all vendors.
  • Prepare and submit a Journal Voucher every month for internal cost allocation.
  • Oversee and manage debtor and creditor accounts.
  • Handle SAP processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), MIGO creation, and other related activities.
  • Prepare and manage monthly financial provisions.
  • Reconcile content spending, including cost allocation and mapping.
  • Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for PR/PO, MIGO, and provision documents.
  • Manage the addition and amendment of vendor master records according to process requirements.
  • Provide administrative and other support activities for the department.
  • Responsible for end-to-end process management, ensuring seamless execution, 100% error-free delivery, and meeting performance metrics.


Education and Experience Required:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    Any Postgraduate / MBA
  • Years of Experience:
    4 – 8 years


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Prior exposure to SAP ERP and Accounts payable domain, specifically in the MM (Materials Management).
  • Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Must possess excellent communication & written skills for effective coordination with internal departments and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Suits, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Adapting and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
