We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Administration and HR associate (United States Region) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. General Business Admin and HR Tasks :
    • Employee onboarding and documentation Accounting, Timesheets, Invoices
    • Employee issues
    • Insurance and payroll queries
    • Contract management
    • General HR issues and queries
  2. State Registrations and Compliances:
    • Handle registrations with various states to operate legally and ensure compliance with state-specific requirements.
    • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for state registrations.
    • WH and SUI compliances
  3. Immigration Processes:
    • Manage H1B and Green Card processes for eligible employees, ensuring accurate and timely filing of applications.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations to facilitate smooth immigration processes.
  4. Documentation Management:
    • Maintain comprehensive and organized records of compliance activities, registrations, and certifications.
    • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all compliance-related documentation.
    • Prepare reports and summaries for management on compliance status and progress.
  5. Compliance Management:
    • Monitor and implement compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications, such as ISO, GSA, etc. and manage compliances
    • Manage Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) registrations with various departments and states.
    • Ensure timely renewal of MBE certifications and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with H1B and Green Card processes and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant US federal, state, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes accordingly.
