Business Analyst

You will:

• Requirement Gathering:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Documentation:
  Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Develop process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts to visualize requirements.
• Solution Design:
  Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to enhance lending solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create user-centric designs and solutions.
• Testing:
  Develop and execute test plans and test cases. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Training:
  Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders as needed.
• Support:
  Assist the support team in resolving issues and providing solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.

You have:

• Domain Knowledge:
  In-depth understanding of lending processes, including both secured and unsecured products. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.G., Balsamiq, Axure) and process mapping tools (e.G., Vision, Lucidchart).
• Testing and QA:
  Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and UAT.
• Training and Support:
  Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Ability to provide effective support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Project Management:
  Basic project management skills, including task prioritization and time management. Experience in working within Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
