Roles & Responsibilities Design/develop new programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications. Managing IT projects. Software/low code development. Developing features and participating in code reviews. Assist in the development, testing and deployment of the solutions. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project needs. Learning the codebase, writing clean, efficient code, fixing bugs and assisting in project planning and development.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Comfortable working with US-based timings
Mandatory Skills: Experience with programming languages (Python/SQL). Project Management. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new tools & technologies. Proactive attitude with a positive approach to challenges.
