Dil Brands is a virtual restaurant brand operator catering to the daily meal requirements of India. Their virtual brands help small and medium sized restaurants increase their asset and resources utilization.

We are on the look out for a Business Development Associate , to be part of our exciting journey.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential restaurant partners in the assigned area through market research, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of new partnership opportunities. Set up meetings with the restaurant partners to pitch about our business and onboard them to partner with us.

Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management: Engage with prospective restaurant partners, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with Dil Foods. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing terms. Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.

Market Expansion and Growth: Continuously identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion within the assigned territory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of new partners.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in any field Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the food industry or related sectors. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area. Salary payable shall be 3.6 lacs p.a + target based incentives
