Summary The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through proactive prospecting and cold calling. This role involves qualifying leads and setting up sales opportunities to support the growth of the business.

Requirements Given the premium product, you are expected to follow a consultative sales approach for converting prospects into paid customers For the leads allocated, you will understand their profile, career goals, challenges and correspondingly advise them on the programs that they can pursue Nurture the leads over a period of time across multiple touchpoints (Webinars, Demos, Expert Sessions, etc) for efficient conversion Use the CRM to build/manage your pipeline accurately Prioritize your pipeline for conversion to meet your targets
