<p>1) Identify key focus areas for the markets, evaluate potentials, develop & drive export sales activities in international markets.</p><p>2) Responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying and selling.</p><p>3) Finding overseas leads, generate enquiries relevant to our products</p><p>4) Convert potential leads into successful business.</p><p>5)Communicate with clients effectively via e-mail, Skype, and WhatsApp etc.</p><p>6) Execute various capacity building exercise of overseas client and staffs.</p><p>7) Participation in potential overseas exhibitions to generate leads.</p><p>8) Providing Global Market intelligence and competitor activity reports.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Desired Candidates profile:</p><p>1) 3-5 years of work experience in any agro-chemical/ agri-biological/Fertiliser company in sales or business development.</p><p>2) International marketing experience is preferred.</p><p>3) Ability to travel across various geographies for at least 10-12 days every month.</p><p>4) Proficiency in English/Computer skills (MS office, E-mail and other communication tools aremandatory)</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
