We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Officer to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT services sales and be capable of driving sales growth and revenue generation for the organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans. Provide excellent customer service and support. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Participate in networking events and conferences to build industry connections. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities. Requirements: Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue generation. At least 3 year of experience in business development, sales or marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Good understanding of sales and marketing principles. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
