Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at HURLAD By The Eaglets. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role requires working closely with the marketing and creative teams to align business objectives with client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities : Closing leads. Maintaining follow-ups. Effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns. Meeting and exceeding sales targets Managing and updating a sales pipeline Analyze the market and establish a competitive advantage Working directly with the founder and setting up sales calls with him

Qualification Proven track record in sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A growth mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets. Understanding of the marketing and advertising industry is preferred. Experience of 6 months to 1 year.
