About Company Aress Software is a 25-year-old, over 600 people, global IT services company, with offices in Nashik and Pune in India and global marketing offices in USA, UK and Canada. Aress specializes in providing custom software solutions and product development in the web and mobiles space. We are also an AWS and Azure partner and work with MSP's and other cloud engineering organizations. We are a Salesforce and Service Now Partner and offer implementation and customization services around both the platforms. We also offer comprehensive development and consulting services in AI, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Big Data, and Data Warehousing.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, managing a pipeline of prospects, and serving as the first point of contact for new leads. You will collaborate closely with our senior overseas sales team, assist in selling activities, and support the expansion of our customer base. This role involves participating in product training, attending international business conferences, and exploring new business opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic BD team in India and work alongside our overseas business development professionals. We are looking for a proactive and successful hunter, who is an excellent communicator, skilled in coordinating and closing complex service proposals.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and building strong relationships with prospects. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities by following up on leads and researching target clients. Maintain professional sales practices, including lead generation, cold-calling, account planning, and record-keeping to identify and nurture sales opportunities. Manage the inside sales process to create new business opportunities and identify growth potential. Provide regular reporting on lead funnels, warm leads, call reports, and other relevant metrics. Adhere to established sales methodologies and processes. Utilize modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and other relevant software.

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with an MBA in Sales and Marketing. 1-3 years of experience in the software industry; freshers with an MBA in Sales and Marketing are also encouraged to apply. Experience working with US and European clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools for inside sales operations.

Job Location: Nashik (Preferred) and Pune, Magarpatta City.
