We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented CRM Tele Call Executive to join our team and help us achieve our sales goals. . Job Description:

As a CRM Tele Call Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales through effective telecommunication. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, problems, and potential for new products/services. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele call executive or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to handle customer objections and close sales. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
