Roles & Responsibilities : Lead Engagement: Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads generated through various channels, including the company's website, marketing campaigns, and referrals with the aim to generate revenue.

Product Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, their features, benefits, and how they cater to the specific needs of potential customers.

Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative discussions with leads to comprehend their pain points, requirements, and business objectives. Tailor your approach to demonstrate how JungleWorks' solutions can add value and address their challenges.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations or online presentations to showcase the functionality of JungleWorks' SaaS products and their flexibility in meeting the unique requirements of each lead.

Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections that leads may have, offering clear explanations and solutions to assist them in making informed decisions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead engagement to onboarding and implementation.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities within JungleWorks' CRM system.

Closing Deals: Present pricing options, negotiate terms, and guide leads through the sales process to close deals successfully.

Skills and Qualifications : 4-5 years of prior SaaS Sales experience

Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information, value propositions, and establish rapport with potential customers.

Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, encompassing their features, benefits, and application scenarios.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to analyze the business challenges of leads and propose tailored solutions using JungleWorks' technology.

Active Listening: Display skill in actively listening to the needs, concerns, and feedback of leads to provide relevant and appropriate responses.

Tech-Savviness: Feel comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms for product demonstrations and discussions.

Negotiation Skills: Showcase the ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to bring about successful deal closures while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.

Empathy: Approach leads with empathy and a customer-centric mindset, comprehending their pain points and focusing on delivering value.

Time Management: Efficiently manage a pipeline of leads, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.
